Spanish Restaurant in Val d'Europe
Cañas y tapas, the major brand of traditional food in Spain, has chosen Val d’Europe, and specially the “Place de Toscane”, to launch its first restaurant in France.
Through a typical decoration (a reminiscent of a Spanish Bar and Restaurant of the 1900 with elements such as bricks, hardwoods and Andalusian tiles), Cañas y Tapas offers an extensive variety of recipes based on authentic and traditional gastronomy, served with Sangria or Spanish beers and vines.
You will appreciate famous Tapas from Spain ( Iberian hams and cheeses, Squids fried in batter “Andaluza style”, cooked Octopus in oil and pepper, grilled Cuttlefish,…), traditional dishes like Gazpacho, Paëlla or Tortilla, or old recipes such as “Huevos rotos con Patatas” (Pan of broken eggs with potatoes).
